Christmas happens in Dubai, too.
Some friends and relatives have been asking about our holiday preparations. Yes, we have a tree (you can even buy live Christmas trees here). Yes, the children saw Santa and had a photo with him. But no, it still does not feel like Christmas is in 3 days. For two east coast parents and two east coast kids, 80 degrees farenheit does not feel like December. Oh well... We are making the best of it. Here's some photographic proof....
